RightNow Media 

RightNow Media is Apartment Life’s training and development platform. This will be where you will go for most of your Apartment Life-specific sessions. In addition, RightNow Media has a plethora of general resources that are available based on your specific needs. Because you’ll sign up using your personal email address, the RightNow Media resources are Apartment Life’s gift to you even after your season with Apartment Life has concluded!

Helpful Tips & Tricks

1. Set up your account at RightNow Media. Please create a login for all members of your team using the personal email addresses we have on file, even if you have a personal or church login with RightNow Media already.

2. When Apartment Life sends you training sessions, you’ll receive separate emails for each session, all entitled “check out this new leadership content.” While you can access the training sessions from those emails, it is easier to instead reference the inbox in your RightNow Media account. To do this: 

• In RightNow Media, on your computer, click on “MY PROFILE” (upper right -hand corner) and look for the word “INBOX” in the drop-down menu on the right-hand side. Your inbox looks like a little clipboard icon.
• Your inbox will show you what training sessions have been assigned and which ones you’ve completed.
• Watch the session by clicking on them in your inbox.

3. Complete the courses in your inbox as they are sent.  

RightNow Media sessions are best viewed on a computer or tablet. We have found that phones limit your ability to view full pages, images, or questions/responses.
