Wellness Check-Ins
Program Overview
Apartment Life's Wellness Check-In program has been created as a short-term gap solution to help our clients serve their residents on communities without Apartment Life Teams during the coronavirus crisis. Initially, this program will have a 3-month commitment, with an option to extend or end with 30-days notice.
Details of the program include:
- A coordinator will dedicate 16-20 hours per month.
- Through resident surveys, emails, and calls, we will assess resident needs during this time and identify those at risk for rent nonpayment.
- Coordinators will create and send a list of personalized, local resources to each resident based on the needs they have identified.
- Property managers will receive weekly updates.

Monthly Pricing:
- <200 units: $500 / month
- 201-500 units: $650 / month
- >500 units: $750 / month
